  • Welcome to our 2015 Summer Newsletter.   We have been very busy over the last few months promoting the importance of regular pelvic floor exercises! The world celebrated Continence Week during the week of the 22nd of June.  This was an event that the Vagoga team could not let pass by without notice. We organised two drop in sessions at our regular Vagoga venues; Daniel Hall in Farnham and the Grayshott Village Hall where we discussed the ongoing benefits of having a strong pelvic floor and attendees were introduced to some gentle Pilates style exercise together with guidance on locating and exercising their pelvic floors. Feedback from this event was very positive and we are hoping to repeat these free sessions again next year. We are pleased to say our regular work at Huntington House is going down well with the residents, and we have been hearing some lovely feedback about these ‘Pelvic Floor Pilates’ sessions in general including the benefits of regular pelvic floor exer...

We are excited to be launching our new and innovative approach to exercise and women’s health.  VAGOGA takes its inspiration from both Pilates and Yoga and has been developed to address the problems associated with a weak pelvic floor.
