Antenatal VAGOGA in Haslemere and Farnham
Antenatal VAGOGA classes run every week as a drop in on Tuesday mornings in Farnham and Wednesday mornings in Grayshott. The aim of Antenatal VAGOGA is to dove tail with other Antenatal classes you might be attending, allowing you space and time to prepare for labour, birth and becoming a new mum.

Post Natal and Mum&Baby VAGOGA
All Postnatal VAGOGA classes are aimed at mums with a 6 week plus baby and are held on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Post Natal and Mum&Baby VAGOGA is a strong and progressive programme and all babies are welcome until they are mobile!
